3-4 Kayes Walk is located on a well used thoroughfare that was constructed in the early part of the 19th century which links St Mary’s Gate to Stoney Street and lies within the Nottingham Lace Market area. Historically the area was made up of predominantly salesrooms and warehouses for the manufacture, storing, displaying and selling of lace, it now forms a part of Nottingham Creative Quarter and is a mixture of public houses, academic buildings, nightclubs, commercial premises and residential accommodation in the form of converted apartments. Plan A were appointed to provide architectural services from concept design through to project completion to provide Eight high quality, two bedroom apartments.
